Hello World!
I am very pleased to announce my joint venture and possible future changing platform, First Home. Built with my Ex Yoobee Tutor Jared Neems, we have made something absolutely brand spanking new and it is amazing. Let me explain how it works.
As we are all unfortunately aware (living in NZ) housing prices have been growing dramatically pushing everyone, apart from the wealthy out of the cities. While this may make me sound like a city boy, being able to live and work in cities is fantastic for studying and being able to pursue careers in niche fields that only a large population density can make available. This was the founders principal for First Home, we wanted to help out the greater population of NZ to get just that bit closer to that dream home.
Nobody wants to commute hours from the middle of nowhere because housing prices are so so artificially high. We don't have a full answer but we have something that we are so excited to release to the public.
First Home is a blockchain-based platform to help fund first home buyers through cryptocurrency investment on the First Home platform. With our cryptocurrency as the primary driver of the blockchain and our services by investing you are both making an awesome investment and you are also helping people afford their first home!
How does it work?
First Home as mentioned above, is a blockchain system. This was done so there was no corruptibility possible. This works because all the data is referenced in the blockchain and decisions can only be made off of that public database of sorts. This also allows for seamless integration of the First Home Token into our system and makes the whole Alpha experience surprisingly smooth.
At this point, I don't want to mention all the technology used and how we have done it but let us just say that Web3 documentation needs to be a bit better if you are just starting off. But besides that I can assure the general public that this is bleeding edge shit, involving people from all over the world. I have full faith that this will be fantastic.
